1. Operator and Acceptance of Terms

OwnerPing is operated by Mehdi Haloua, based in Morocco.

By establishing an agency workspace, starting a trial registration, initiating a payment, or continuing to browse and employ the utilities located on this website, you explicitly manifest your consent to be bound by these Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these policies in their entirety, you must halt access and contact support via our Contact Center.

2. Business-Service Eligibility

To register and maintain account resources:

• OwnerPing is designed strictly as a B2B business service intended for professional rental agencies, accommodation operators, property managers, and authorized corporate custodians. It is not directed to children.
• The specific individual establishing the account confirms they hold actual legal authority to act on behalf of and bind the respective rental agency or legal business entity.
• You must supply complete and accurate email structures, profiles, and billing parameters, keeping them up to date through your settings panels.

3. Service Description

OwnerPing grants subscribers access to web administrative dashboard systems to manage owner notification flows, including:

• Defining property information, owner emails, and owner WhatsApp directions
• Placing and connecting private iCal synchronization feeds exported from Airbnb and Booking.com
• Running background periodic synchronization to parse calendar dates and status details
• Detecting new imported stay booking entries or cancellation changes
• Dispatched transactional outbound email alerts
• Supplying WhatsApp configuration messages (where available and set up)
• Configuring test delivery checks and inspecting diagnostic logs

⚠️ Clarification: OwnerPing is not a public booking platform and does not replace Airbnb, Booking.com or a full channel-manager API. It works solely with quiet, exported iCal feeds provided by those sites. OwnerPing operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb or Booking.com.

4. Important iCal Limitations

The agency understands and accepts the following inherent technical constraints:

• Synchronization rely on private exported iCal calendar URLs provided by the respective listing hosts.
• Update timing depends partly on when the external source platform updates and hosts its public-facing cache file.
• Information synchronization updates run at periodic schedules, and are not real-time or instant.
• Delays, latency, format changes, blank names, or missing data structures within external feeds may occur.
• Exported iCal files carry limited calendar blocks and sparse guest descriptions; detailed traveler contact details are generally not exported in the iCal format to preserve privacy.
• OwnerPing does not guarantee prevention of double bookings, over-bookings, or booking conflicts. Users are strictly instructed to monitor official platforms and operational software for overlapping bookings.

5. Agency Responsibilities

The rental agency agrees to satisfy these processing standards:

• Possess appropriate legal authority or owner consent to export every connected property calendar.
• Keep private iCal calendar URLs confidential to protect tenant structures and tokens from unauthorized access.
• Ensure entered property owner emails and companion contact details remain completely accurate and current.
• Secure a valid, lawful basis for inputting property owner contact parameters and scheduling blocks into our database.
• Properly inform all affected property owners that their metadata and event status changes are managed through OwnerPing email/WhatsApp pipelines.
• Acknowledge that calendar URLs should be private exported reservation links, not public property URLs.
• Review your sync diagnostics regularly and resolve faulty or expired calendar links.

6. Account Security

To guard admin access:

• Do not share passwords, credentials, or authentication session codes.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect a breach, compromised email coordinate, or unauthorized session access.
• Verify accounts via email verification when prompted.
• OwnerPing maintains unilateral rights to restrict logins or temporarily lock workspaces where signs of active fraud, credentials misuse, or database abuse are observed.

7. Free Trial Access

We provide temporary trial environments under specific limits:

• Trial parameters, specific allowances, and expiration timers are displayed inside your logged-in dashboard.
• Trial spaces may be closed automatically upon reaching the end of the trial period.
• To maintain uninterrupted notification dispatching, your agency must select a paid tier before the trial duration lapses.
• We make no guarantees to maintain or archive property configs or logs associated with expired, ignored, or inactive trial workspaces.

8. Subscription Plans & Property Limits

Our monthly tiers are structured based on property counts:

If an account exceeds its active plan boundaries (e.g., through downgrading tiers), property definitions will not be deleted, but the system will restrict the creation of further profiles until you delete excess entries or upgrade your tier.

9. Billing & Subscription Activation

Our financial and payment flow relies on manual and electronic confirmation:

• Prices are displayed in Euros (€).
• Service access is enabled after confirmed processed funds reach our accounts.
• PayPal checkouts are routed and approved through standard webhooks.
• Bank-transfers over Wise require manual receipt inspection. Submitting a "Paid" tick from your dashboard console registers your claim but does not auto-activate the subscription until our developers manually approve the funds transfer.
• Subscribers must include their exact billing code reference and exact numerical totals; faulty or anonymous bank transactions will lead to activation processing delays.
• Unless checkout explicitly states that a payment is recurring, subscriptions do not renew automatically and require a new confirmed payment for the next subscription period.

10. Refunds and Payment Corrections

We process subscription claims with clear refund limits:

• All payments are generally non-refundable once an active paid period is recognized. This does not affect mandatory local refund consumer protections that cannot be waived.
• Duplicate submissions, double bills, or active payment gateway failures will be corrected and refunded immediately.
• Direct refund requests must be transmitted directly to support@ownerping.com including the account profile email and raw payment references.
• Third-party bank conversion steps, Wise service fees, or PayPal commissions are often non-refundable.
• OwnerPing makes no guarantees and will not issue refunds in cases where origin booking platforms (Airbnb or Booking.com) experience general API outages, modify file formats, or temporarily delay or limit their public iCal feeds.

11. WhatsApp and Email Notifications

Alert configurations are dispatched through trusted notification routes:

• Notification deliveries remain dependent on downstream cellular channels, strict spam routing filters, email configurations, and recipient device availability.
• Our test notification tools are provided to assist you in checking dispatch criteria but do not guarantee future notification delivery blocks.
• WhatsApp notifications are available when configured. Direct output depends on third-party verification, and we do not guarantee immediate access to WhatsApp for every user unless proper credentials and profiles are configured.

12. Acceptable Use

All registered agencies are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Attempting to compromise the security, infrastructure, or operational integrity of our host nodes.
• Scraping dashboard interfaces, extracting authentication hashes, or copying database elements.
• Bypassing structural property limits, plan constraints, active payment blockades, or submitting false payment receipts.
• Employing owner ping automation channels to dispatch junk mail, spam, offensive copy, or unrequested alerts to contacts.
• Adding contact phone numbers or emails without obtaining their prior authorization or confirming a lawful basis.
• Injecting malicious software, viruses, or cross-site scripting (XSS) structures.
• Sharing private calendar URLs or host credential lists in public areas.
• Using the platform for illegal acts or violating local telecommunication laws.

OwnerPing reserves immediate, unchallengeable rights to terminate or freeze workspaces that violate these acceptable use terms without refund.

13. Third-party Services

OwnerPing utilizes premium third-party service providers (including Google Firebase, Hostinger, Resend, Twilio, PayPal, and Wise) to deliver cloud-based hosting, databases, authentication, notifications, and payment processing.

These external systems operate under their own system availability guarantees, utility parameters, and privacy conditions. OwnerPing is not responsible for any modifications, price changes, service terminations, or general operational outages initiated by Airbnb, Booking.com, Meta, Resend, Twilio, or Google.

14. Data Protection

OwnerPing acts as a data controller for account registration, billing, and system security data. For property details, owner email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, and bookings entered by the agency, OwnerPing acts as a data processor.

Rental agencies serving individuals in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) are responsible for ensuring that their use of OwnerPing complies with applicable data protection laws. These Terms of Service do not automatically replace a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or standard contract clauses, which must be requested separately by contacting our support team.

15. Availability and Changes

OwnerPing performs regular operational maintenance, security configurations, and package installations. Temporary, brief system interruptions may occur. We reserve the right to modify, add, or phase out features where necessary to preserve database security, align with provider policy updates, or comply with new regulations. We do not promise that the service will operate without interruptions or error-free.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate service access for an agency account in the event of unresolved non-payment, expired subscription terms, fraudulent payment claims, security risks, system abuse, acceptable use violations, or upon receiving a valid request from competent legal authorities.

17. Intellectual Property

All branding elements, application screens, custom CSS styling, domain assets, database configurations, and proprietary structures belong exclusively to Mehdi Haloua. Agencies maintain all rights to their submitted business, property, and recipient information, granting OwnerPing only the limited permission necessary to process this data to provide the service.

18. Warranty Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. OwnerPing makes no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or ongoing delivery performance of calendar synchronization checkups or owner notification systems.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OwnerPing and its operator, Mehdi Haloua, shall not be liable to the agency or any third party for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business profits, revenue, data, or reputation.
• Delays, gaps, or errors caused by external platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com) updating or failing to export updated iCal feeds.
• Unauthorized access, database leaks, or disclosure resulting from the agency sharing or mishandling its private iCal calendar URLs.
• Total liability relating to any claims shall not exceed the fees actually paid to OwnerPing during the active subscription period affected.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.

We encourage you to resolve any operational issues and questions informally by contacting support first at support@ownerping.com. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco, subject to any mandatory legal jurisdiction rules that apply in your region.
